Booking
How do I book an event?
You can book our Bachelorette Cocktail Experience directly through our website by selecting your preferred date and guest count. For all other experiences — corporate activations, resident programming, and community events — contact us through our inquiry form and we'll connect within 24 hours to discuss your event details and build a custom proposal.
What is your cancellation policy?
For directly booked packages, cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule to a new date with no fee if given at least 72 hours notice. For custom corporate and community events, cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7-14 days in advance for bachelorette and private events to ensure your preferred date is available and to allow time for menu customization. For corporate and community events, 3-4 weeks is ideal to allow for proper planning and coordination. We do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows, so don't hesitate to reach out.
Events
What is included in my event?
All events include a professional mixologist, a custom cocktail menu, all spirits and mixers, garnishes, ice, bar setup, and full cleanup after the event. Bachelorette packages also include personalized menu cards. Corporate activations can include branded signage and custom menu design. We bring everything needed — you just provide the space and the guests.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Yes — all spirits, mixers, and bar ingredients are included in your package price. We source quality spirits appropriate to the cocktail menu we design together. You do not need to purchase or supply any alcohol. If you have specific spirit preferences or want premium upgrades (e.g., top-shelf tequila for a mezcal-forward menu), we can accommodate those requests, which may affect pricing.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and non-drinkers?
Absolutely. Every cocktail menu we design includes thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic mocktail counterparts served with the same presentation and care as our cocktails. We also accommodate common dietary needs — vegan, gluten-free, low-sugar — within our menu design. Please let us know any specific restrictions during the planning process so we can ensure every guest has a great experience.
Pricing
How much does an event cost?
Our Bachelorette Cocktail Experience starts at $750 for groups of 8-12 guests. Pricing for corporate, community, and resident programming events is custom and depends on guest count, event duration, menu complexity, and location. We provide transparent, all-inclusive pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a custom quote and we'll have a proposal to you within 24 hours.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm and hold your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. For recurring programming contracts (monthly or quarterly), invoicing is structured on a per-event or monthly basis as agreed in your service contract. We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers.

What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Arlington, Irving, Richardson, Addison, Southlake, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Denton, and Lewisville. If your location is outside DFW, contact us — we occasionally take events beyond our primary service area for the right opportunity.
Can I customize the cocktail menu?
Customization is at the heart of what we do. Every event starts with a conversation about your preferences, the occasion, the season, and your guests. We then build a menu of 3-4 signature cocktails tailored to that brief. You can request specific spirits, flavor profiles, themes, or even drink names. For bachelorette parties, we name every drink after the bride or the occasion. For corporate events, we align the menu with your brand identity.
