## The Experience Each workshop is built around a seasonal theme that shapes the menu, the ingredients, and the mood. Your mixologist guides the group through three cocktails that belong to the season — explaining the ingredient choices, the techniques, and the flavor logic that ties them together. It's equal parts education and celebration. ## What to Expect The format is relaxed and conversational. We taste, we talk, we mix. Some guests want to get hands-on; others prefer to watch and sip — both are welcome. By the end of the workshop your group will have sampled three cocktails and left with a take-home recipe booklet covering every drink on the menu. ## Making It Personal The seasonal menu changes quarterly, so returning groups always get something new. If you have a specific theme in mind — a holiday party, a harvest celebration, a summer rooftop gathering — we can tailor the menu to match. Non-alcoholic versions of every cocktail are always available.
